How Maison Stratégique collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Translations of this page are provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
Maison Stratégique (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a market-entry research simulator and strategic intelligence platform for organizations entering the Indian market. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, use our simulators, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
We never share the specific market or product data you simulate with third parties for advertising purposes.
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Simulation data tied to a closed account is retained for up to 24 months before being anonymized or deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/EEA and UK residents should also see our GDPR Compliance page for a full description of these rights and how to exercise them.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited and how visitors move between them — so that we can improve the Service. We do not use it for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
When you accept, Google Analytics collects the pages you visit (without the parameters at the end of the address, which can contain private codes), the website you came from, the date and time of your visit, your browser, device type, operating system, screen size and language, and an approximate location that Google derives from your IP address. It stores a random identifier in cookies named _ga and _ga_*. We never send your name, email address, account identifier, password or payment details to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept” in the analytics cookies banner. If you select “Refuse” or make no choice, it is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is kept in your browser for six months, after which we ask again.
Google Analytics cookies expire after at most 13 months. Event-level analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period set in our Google Analytics settings, which is at most 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards offered by Google, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (see also Section 9).
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the button below. When you withdraw it, Google Analytics stops collecting data straight away and its cookies are deleted from your browser for this website. Withdrawing does not affect data already sent to Google; to ask for its deletion, contact us as described in Section 12. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Maison Stratégique is based in Paris, France. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
The Service is intended for business use by individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent via our Feedback page, or to our Data Protection Officer as described on the GDPR Compliance page.
